BESTT food at hard rock!! Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. I love how it’s open 24/7!! Staff is wonderful and kind hearted people, overnight crew is on top please visit!!

Food is great ! Yummy fresh donuts and coffee before the beach what a perfect start to my day 👍🏾 went back for lunch . The chicken sandwich was on point👌 paired it with a lavender lemonade ! I definitely will be back .

Federal Donuts & Chicken is a newer, convenient addition to Hard Rock Atlantic City, and its location right near the hotel elevators makes it an easy stop in the morning or between casino breaks. They offer both breakfast and lunch, which is nice if you want something quick without leaving the property. On this visit we decided to focus on the sweets and try the donuts. The donuts are on the smaller side compared to other bakeries and lean more toward a dense, cake‑style texture. A few of them were pretty good, but not all of the flavors hit the mark. Our wait was a bit longer than expected, but the very nice gentleman at the counter made up for it by slipping in an extra chocolate cake donut at no charge, which I did not notice until we were back in the room. That small gesture was definitely appreciated. Flavor‑wise, some donuts had an odd aftertaste, and the Oreo‑dusted one in particular was disappointing, with almost no real Oreo or cookie crumble flavor coming through. Next time I might skip the donuts and give one of their fried chicken or breakfast sandwiches a try instead, though the prices look a little high for the portion sizes based on what I saw. I just tried this place at the hard rock and had a breakfast sandwich which was excellent and bought 3 donuts a little pricy but I will pay for good food. Well I bought three and I ate two and my wife had the other, and these were awsome donuts OMG !’ I hope they do well.
